Watching the Days Go By.

After years and years of asking, dad asked me last week, "Eh, do you want a fan in your room?" I jumped at the chance.

I now have this pretty silver fast beauty in my room, newly installed by this kind worker who said, "Wah, your fan very nice hor?" I agree.

It kinda puts me at ease, lying in bed and seeing the blades swipe around in this large circular motion. I think I've found a new form of therapeutic companionship.

The Blog Behind The Words.

The girl started splashes dot blogspot dot com in late 2005 because writing was a therapy, because there was a need for a creative outlet, because precious days had to be cemented in memories, because anger and emotions needed to be put into words, because hilarious quotes had to be jotted down, ~~because everyone else had a blog~~. Pfft, conformist.

splashes dot blogspot dot com has undergone so many costume changes in the past, so much so that she wishes she had print screened all of them. This current black&white tranquil one is probably version six or seven. However, most of splashes dot blogspot dot com's life was spent against black background and hence, older ~~cringe-worthy~~ entries may be difficult to read.

splashes dot blogspot dot com is a large bucket of memories, a wide palette of people, infinite splashes of life, doses of real emotion, truckloads of laughter, tears, love, living and everything in between, and is held pretty dearly to the author. It has however, on several occasions, been abandoned under the pretense of a "hiatus" when she was actually just being lazy or uninspired. She has a hunch that her sporadic spurts of blogging is likely to continue.

Some are evil men at war with good, and some are good struggling with evil. Six billion people in the world, six billion souls, and sometimes, all you need is one.
Every song ends; is that any reason not to enjoy the music?
