More About the Girl
Well, what about me? I'd actually say my sidebar on this blog provides a pretty good sum-up, but hey, let me try again to write something about myself. (This feels like a Standard 3 karangan topic wtf.)
My name is Wendy. Thankfully, that's official - as in, it's in all my personal documents like my IC/passport/birth cert - because my given Chinese name is a horror. You don't want to know, and even if you ask, I probably won't tell you! My family and close friends call me Wen for short.

Besides having a mushroom bob as a kid during my Chim Kindergarten days, I was born and bred in SS2, PJ where all the good food lies. When I was little, I was obsessed with Barney and Power Rangers and totally wanted to become Kimberly, the pink ranger when I grew up.
Well, about two decades and a half later, I'm nowhere near becoming a pink power ranger (Dammit!) but instead am now working my behind off with one of the big four firms from 9 to... well, you get the drift.)
I am a music junkie and am an avid hoarder of junk on my PC - random songs in random languages, TVB series I told myself I wanted to rewatch but never quite got around to doing, carefully saved pictures of hot football players (!!!), videos ripped off YouTube of live performances - and this is why I'm in dire need of a disk clean up. However, since times have changed, I have also stumbled upon the wonders that are Netflix and Spotify and Google Photos so I reckon my disk clean up will never happen.
I love putting together mixtapes because I think life is one giant mixtape; an eclectic mix of happy rhythmic tunes, indie emo feelings, atmospheric rock top-of-the-world times, fleeting instrumental moments where no words are needed along with all the obscure songs and experiences that have yet to be discovered.

I adore traveling and seeing the world. I enjoy art and craft and collecting kitschy items for my room, and because of this passion for pretty things, I spend a little bit of time on Mixtape Parties when I'm not busy working. I enjoy photography but am not great at it. I also used to enjoy baking and cooking, but since life has taken over, I am probably very rusty at this. Oh, I also enjoy shopping, and this one, I am pretty damn good at. HAHAHA.
I laugh at myself when I do stupid things, I am a instagram-addict, I read when time permits, and I hate taugeh. Like, really hate.
I intend to use this space to pen down things that come to mind. Moments to forever remember. Times that were hard, but got better. Lessons for my lifetime.
I'm also pretty much imperfect, but I guess I kinda like that. It's probably pretty tiring being perfect.
