Whew. A long weekend. As usual, not a single ounce of work done.

Saturday was super-de-duper fun.. Celebrated
SUKI'S 18th birthday at her place, with a pool party. Will post pics up once I get them from Ching. I have to say, the highlight of the day had to be Pek Wah pushing Sioki into the pool. Ooh, and Suki's dad's yummy chicken wings, of course. Wish I had a picture of Sioki flailing in the pool. I will always, always remember that. Haha! Thank god it wasn't me. It was a great get-together. Saw Sheng, Ping & Geline after what seemed like ages. =) Heard bout their Form 6, and well, going back to school sounds like great fun *sigh*, well, except for the fact that they get to see so much of Puan "Mmm-Okay-Ahhhh". Went to Swensens for more dessert after that. Mmmm.. more yummy yummy ice-cream this week. I tell you, all this ice-cream, as blissful as it is, is so not making me feel healthy. Horsed around for a bit in Swensens, giggling and making the place havoc, Ching adding loads of salt into Sheng's iced water when she wasn't around. Lol.

Once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUKI! I hope you had a wonderful time with us mad people and that you had a memorable birthday. Wishing loads of blessings for you throughout this year, have fun being eighteen, you old woman! =) Hehe. Kidding. You know we love you.

Went home after that. And watched
Man United wrap up the FA Cup with a bow on the top and present it to bloody lucky Arsenal. I tell you, we could've won 3-0. Dammmmmnnnnnn. I went to sleep feeling like murdering damn Roy Carroll. Let's bite back next season, men.

Sunday was an uneasy day.
Mummy was not feeling well, having gotten food poisoning and all. Plus, she has diabetes and gastric problems, along with her irregular heartbeat conditions. It was not good for her. Finally about 8 pm, we took her to University Hospital, going into Emergency. (yes ppl, I went into 'Dataran Trauma'. What they were thinking when they named it is totally beyond me) I tell you, Malaysian hospitals are extremely incompetent. We had an emergency area full, and only one doctor on emergency duty. Thank goodness Mum's condition wasn't that bad. Or else all that waiting could have caused something even more serious. Some poor guy in an accident came in, with his arms and knees bleeding severely, but had to wait like everyone else, with all that dripping blood. Geez. Mum's all fine now, thank goodness. On the upside though, the doctor was pretty cute.

Lazed around and practically did nothing much today. Got woken up unceremoniously this morning. "Weeeeennnn! Time for colllleggggee!" God. Public holiday, people. Lazed around more. Ooh.. and the highlight of the day. I watched the repeat of the Monaco Grand Prix, since I missed it last night. Watched dreamy
Kimi Raikkonen lead from pole to chequered flag, start to finish. Perfect race, perfect car, perfect strategy, perfect driver. *grin* It was awesome. Let's hope he becomes champ this year.

Until then. Let's just stare at him for a bit, shall we? =P

kimi's monaco victory

Wowweeeee.
