Oh May, May I?
Saturday, May 30, 2009Feels like it was only yesterday was Labour Day and I had to go to work the weekend after that for our stock count.
Well, we had the next month stock count today which marks the end of another month. Looks like time is on super F1-Ferrari turbo speed. And time also has those funky rear diffusers that are making Brawn zoom past everyone else. Before you know it, we'll be old and crinkly and my knuckles will be suffering from arthritis, thus making it painful to type. Beautifully Imperfect will then be left to bask in the glory of its heyday (yeah, right) and begin its lowly spiral into oblivion.
Omg wtf drama queen much? Heh.
But really, time is flying. It used to be quite difficult getting through the week at work but now Friday seems to come around a little quicker. Half the friends I have are already 22. I'm going to be
Random thought: I'm wondering if I should splurge and buy myself new work clothes from Dorothy Perkins. I saw the cutest ever white button down shirt with cap sleeves and tiny black polka dots, and this beautiful cream woven tulip skirt. Unfortunately, that would set me back RM200 and then I can just eat roti canai for the whole of June.
If only the only choices we had to make were whether to take out four blue-green notes from the ATM and exchange that with a shopping bag containing your garment of choice, or not.
Or whether to try out Full House in Ara Damansara. Because if you're ever faced with this choice; honestly, it's just so overrated. Especially with the umpteenth write-up on it by whichever blogger of the moment. Sure, the concept is interesting but the novelty wears off after one visit. You get waiters who don't understand simple questions like "how much?", very crappy food and if you're seated outside, mosquitoes and sweat.
We went there for Josh-mosh's "farewell" before he left to Pantai Remis for the second part of his industrial placement. (Which didn't exactly happen but that's a different story, heh.)

Our depleted uni gang which has lost some members to work. And for some reason, Andrew's bling really stands out here.
