So, it's been awhile since I've done one of these featurettes, but there's no time like the present, because I stumbled upon these super adorable pictures here and just hadddddd to share. Because I love my football, and I love babies, and now we get them both. Hee.


Fernando Torres. Haha. His hair when he was young!


Luca Toni. Can't really see him clearly because of the watermark, but looks like a pretty cute kid.


Shevchenko. The resemblance is pretty obvious. For some strange warped reason, little Sheva reminds me of Goldilocks though. Don't ask why, I don't know either. Oh and hello, red cuddly Ikea heart.


I have no idea who this guy is, but I just posted it up for the heck of it. Because this guy's hairstyle still looks like how it did donkey years back. Hee.


Javier Saviola. Still looks pretty much the same too. Heh. I don't know why I'm so amazed that they still look the same.


Sebastian Kehl. Eeeee, so adorable. Chubby cheeks and bowtie and all.


Bastian Schweinsteiger. Aww. Looks like he's on the verge of pouting. I met this German guy at a Monex house party, and he told me his name was Bastian, so naturally, I asked him if he knew Bastian Schweinsteiger, and then he told me Schweinsteiger meant 'pig's saliva' in German. Lol. That's not a very nice name.


Wayne Rooney; England & Manchester United. OMG. Haha. His head is still so round. What happened to his big, big eyes, though?


Ronaldo. Nope, even the cute action of feeding your soft toy with imaginary food on a spoon can't make you cute, sorry.


Jose Antonio Reyes. Haha, look at the old-skool dorky hair which he probably thought was so cool back then.


Ronaldinho. We used to call him the Indonesian maid in Form 3. Anyways, the pictures are so similar. Anyone else thinks that if you take a picture of 60 year old Ronaldinho next time, it'll look like that too?


Raul. The man who pioneered the wedding ring kiss everytime after he scored. So sweeeeett. He still has the same bright, charming smile.


Petr Cech. Aww, he looks like such a good kid. The kind that cleaned up after himself, did all his homework, and never watched late night TV because his mother forbade him to. Ooh, and I never realised Cech had such pretty blue eyes.


Michael Owen. Manda, this one's for you. Hee. Sooo cute, omg. I just want to take baby Owen and cuddle him. Definitely can see why he's so good-looking.


Just for kicks - teenager Jose Mourinho, who looks a wee bit like a terrorist.


Fernando Morientes. He looks more Indian than Spanish in his kid picture.


Christoph Metzelder. Hee, he looks like a very cheeky kid. The type that had bundles and bundles of energy. Random thought - I'm also convinced that the German football team is very good-looking.


Lionel Messi. Hee, I especially love that picture of him with the football looking all adorably confused with his missing teeth.


Owen Hargreaves. Just cause I like him.


Aww, baby Ryan Giggs. Giggs has aged so much over the past few seasons that it's even more obvious compared to his baby picture.


Theirry Henry. Bwahahahaha! Afro-mania. :P He looks like he could've made it for the Alleycats. Hee.


Del Piero. Aww, all wrapped up in a sweet pink blanket. Hee. I wonder if his football mates made fun of him for that when he was young.


Luis Figo. Hee. The smile is exactly the same. But he was blonde!


Fillipo Inzaghi. Such a pretty baby, this Pippo. The huge round eyes, and the bangs. So pretty.


Steven Gerrard. Sharmo, this one is specially for you. :D Suuuch a cutie pie, omg. I love the fact that he was in a Liverpool jersey when he was young, and then went on to be the club captain. Imagine that. Must be such a dream come true for him.


Arne Friedrich. I've only heard of him during the run-up to the World Cup, and yes, the Hertha Berlin captain didn't disappoint. And he was such and adorable baby, and totally rocking the angsty wind-blown look in the second pic. Lol.


Deco. Hey, Deco was such an adorable kid. What happened? The first picture in the party hat makes me go 'awwwww' everytime I see it. Don't cry, aww.


Hernan Crespo. Aww, yet another kid pic with a football.


Cesc Fabregas. Hee, the first baby pic is Fabregas being all drool-y. So much slobber. With a very lacy bib around his neck. Lol. And then kiddy Fabregas looks like a very naughty kid. He looks like the taiko of the primary school. And then again, he also looks a little like a kid bandit. Heh.


Iker Casillas. Again, very clear resemblance. For some reason, baby Iker looks very familiar, but I have no idea why.


Fabio Cannavaro. OMG. Yeng-ness factor of the 2006 World Cup. And SUCH a cute kid. That charming smile has not changed over the years.


The baby Beckster. I heart the pic where he's carrying the England banner proudly, though. If you had told him back then that he would one day be England captain, he would've probably gotten all wide-eyed with that dreamy innocence which only kids possess. Aww.


Michael Ballack. Hee, so cute. Especially like the pic of him clinging on the football. Have to start them young, I suppose.


Francesco Totti. There's some very scarily sinister about kiddy Totti. Something in his eyes! Like he's got some evil plan to banish you from mankind. Eep. The place I found this said that it reminded her of Draco Malfoy, and I have to say I agree.


Robin Van Persie. You can definitely recognise baby Robin.


Victor Valdes. That cute kid sure grew up very nicely to look like what he looks like now. Hee. :P Ching, this is the goalie you were saying that was cute when we were watching some random match on TV.


Zinedine Zidane. Wow. He had SO MUCH hair back in the days. Who would've thought? LOL. And, who would've thought that little boy with the curvy fringe would have head-butted another guy in the chest in the last World Cup of his career?


Kaka! Baby!Kaka! OMG. And his mushroom hair! So CUTE. Best-looking Brazillian footballer ever to walk the face of the earth. It is very hard to imagine him hailing from the same country as Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Roberto Carlos, is it not?


Cristiano Ronaldo. OMG SO CHUBBY! Shoooo cuuuuuuteee. :P I just want to pinch his cheeks. Lol. And he looks so, so blur in the first two kid pics. Who else feels like cuddling kid Cristiano too?


And saving the best for last - Frank Lampard. Wahahaha. No words needed to describe that red outfit. Lol.
